 Therapy is a gentle return to yourself.


A place to pause, breathe, and begin to heal.


You don’t need to be drowning to ask for help.
Even little fish deserve calm waters.


Here, there’s no rush. No fixing. 

No “shoulds.”


Just space — to feel, to explore, to grow.


I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity.


You bring your story, your pace, your whole self.


Healing happens in small moments —
A shift, a sigh, a softening.

I’m not a “sit in silence and nod” kind of therapist — I’m right there with you.


Our work is a conversation.
I’ll be curious, offer reflections, and gently challenge you when it feels helpful — always with care and respect.


I draw from a mix of therapeutic models, shaped around you and what you need.
At the heart of it all is connection, curiosity, and compassion.
